We respect your right to privacy, and all processing of personal data takes place in accordance with Norwegian data protection legislation.
We also process personal data in order to give you offers, recommendations and content adapted to your usage patterns, for analysis to understand market trends, and to limit misuse of our services. Personal data is information and assessments that can be linked to an identifiable individual, such as name, address, telephone number and email address.
What information do we collect?
We register personal data when you submit a form to sign up or subscribe to a newsletter. This information is stored in our database in order to provide or secure delivery of the service you have ordered, to improve our services and to prevent fraud.
Likewise, we store information when you contact us by email, for example to customer service, or give feedback through functions in the service – including email address, telephone number and the content of email enquiries – so that we can answer your questions. We also store anonymised data about what our users are wondering about, so that we can improve our services.

What are cookies? A cookie is a small file stored on your device. It stores information about how you have used our website, for example which product you looked at last. The file is not harmful and cannot contain viruses or program code. Most modern browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) are set to accept cookies automatically, but you can change the settings so that cookies are not accepted. Please note that many websites will not work optimally if you do not accept cookies. By using this website, you consent to us setting cookies in your browser. Rest assured that we never store information that can identify you personally.
What are cookies used for?
We are interested in this information in order to make our services more user-friendly, to gain insight that can be used to develop the website so that it is relevant to our visitors, and for marketing purposes. We never store information that can identify you personally.
Which cookies does the website use?
Session_id – sets a "session id" while you are on the website, to keep track of items you add to the shopping basket. This cookie is deleted as soon as you close your browser.
Google Analytics cookies:
__utmz records where you came from (search engine, keyword, link, etc.) when you landed on our pages. We use Google Analytics internally on our pages.
__utma keeps track of how many times you have visited our pages, so that we can see how many of our users are visiting for the first time and how many return more often.
__utmb and __utmc keep track of how long you stay on our website when you visit. These are deleted when you leave our pages.
If you want to disable cookies
You can change the settings in your browser so that cookies are not accepted, but you may then find that some functions on the website do not work optimally. You can also choose a setting that notifies you every time a cookie appears, and then decide in each case whether to allow it or not.
Sharing of information
Innregistrering.no AS will not share, sell, pass on or otherwise disclose personal data about you other than as described in this privacy policy, unless we are required to do so by a binding court decision or we have obtained your consent. This does not, however, prevent us from using a data processor who processes personal data on our behalf under an agreement as described in the Norwegian Personal Data Act. Data processors who gain access to your personal information in connection with delivering services to Innregistrering.no AS (for example when we use a third party to carry out payment transactions or store information on a web server) are bound by confidentiality and may not use this information in any other way than in performing services for us.
